HuMa Creative is proud to announce that Vietnamese manga artist Mani has officially made a debut in the Japanese manga market with the work Hyakunen mo Matenai (百年も待てない).

The story invites readers to a once‑in‑a‑century cherry blossom festival where Seri, an eighteen‑year‑old boy, is asked to perform the opening dance of the ceremony in place of his younger sister. During this fateful moment, he encounters Enju - a mysterious white snake deity with silver hair and piercing emerald eyes. From their very first meeting, the deity declares: “From now on, I will be the one who holds you.”

From that encounter, a story begins to unfold - a romance between a divine being and a human, where destiny and the choices of the heart intertwine.

Original Story: Akira Hirose
